Quantum - Spanish Edition

The Spanish edition of Quantum is now available online here and in bookshops throughout Spain thanks to Peter Tallack and Louisa Pritchard. Many thanks to my translator David González Raga, María Alasia and everyone else involved in its production at Kairos.

I'm spanish and I've just started your book (english version through Amazon, few months ago). Yesterday night, having a few beers with my brother in law, I spent all the time passionately explaining the stories of your book (and he really enjoyed it!). This morning I was googling you and boum!, I've found this as your more recent post. I'll buy the spanish edition as a gift for him!!!!

Abit of bio

I have degrees in physics and philosophy. I co-wrote Science and the Retreat from Reason, which introduced key areas of modern science while defending notions of social progress and scientific advance.

Published in 1995, it was critically acclaimed as a ‘corrective to the hype’, ‘thought-provoking’, and ‘undoubtedly one of the best introductions one can find to the crisis of confidence within science itself’.

I've written and reviewed for various publications including the Guardian, Independent, Times, Daily Telegraph, New Scientist, Financial Times, Daily Telegraph, Wall Street Journal, Literary Review and Tehelka. I was Consulting Science Editor at the UK edition of Wired and live in north London.
